You can book your trip directly through our website www.tripoholic.com, via WhatsApp, or by contacting our team at +91-6284322833.

We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Paytm/Google Pay. 

No, we offer part payment options. Usually, a 30% advance is required at the time of booking, and the remaining is payable before departure.(Non-refundable)

Yes. A booking confirmation along with trip details will be sent to your email and WhatsApp within 24 hours.

Tripoholic’s cancellation policy?

You can cancel your trip at any time. Cancellation charges will apply as per the following:

  • 30+ days before the trip: 80% refund

  • 15–29 days before the trip: 50% refund

  • 7–14 days before the trip: 25% refund

  • Less than 7 days: No refund

You can email us at info@tripoholiic.com & WhatsApp us with your booking ID to initiate cancellation.

Refund Policy FAQs

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the cancellation request is approved.

Booking/Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If Tripoholic cancels the trip due to unforeseen reasons, you’ll receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
