Kedarnath Overview
Kedarnath isn’t just any temple, it is one of the holiest Hindu temples of pilgrimage located at Uttarakhand in the Himalayas. It is one of the Char Dham Yatra and it is famous for its shrine of Lord Shiva. At an altitude of 3,583 meters Kedarnath has some breathtaking views and offers snow-laden peaks along with prosper spirituality and serenity. Adi Shankaracharya later revived the temple that was believed to be built by the Pandavas so it is a symbol of deep devotion and faith.
Best Time to Visit Kedarnath
Kedarnath Temple receives large inflow of tourists during late April/ May and closes in Early November. Highest inflow takes place in the month of May to June and then again the months of September and October. The months of winter are extremely chilling and the temple is closed during this period.

Tour Plan
Day 00
DEPARTURE FROM DELHI CHANDGARH
- Meet our representative at the boarding point.
- Board an evening Ac tempo traveller / Bus from Delhi / Chandigarh.
- There you will be introduced to your fellow travellers Trip Captain will help with sitting arrangements and your luggage After the arrangements are done the traveller/bus will depart
Day 01
GUPTKASHI ARRIVAL
• Reach Guptkashi, check-in to your camps.
• Get refreshed and enjoy the views.
• Guptkashi is best known for its historical temples, including Vishwanath Temple and Ardhnarishwar Temple.
• In the evening, have a delicious dinner.
• Spend the night in a Hotel.
Day 02
GUPTKASHI- SONPRAYAG - KEDARNATH
• Get up early in the morning and freshen up.
• We will leave the hotel in the early morning and depart for Sonprayag.
• After reaching Sonprayag, we will leave for Gaurikund.
• This trek will be approximately 22 km long and will take around 8-10 hours to complete.
• From Sonprayag, you will have to board local transportation to reach Gauri Kund at your own cost, which will take 100/- INR
• Reach Kedarnath and check into homestays.
• Travel 100 meters and attend Sandhya Aarti and Darshan.
• Return to Homestay and have dinner.
Day 03
KEDARNATH- GUPTKASHI
• Start your day early in the morning.
• Get ready for the Kedarnath Dham Darshan.
• Check out from the Stay and Head towards the Darshan lines.
• Do Darshan of Kedarnath Ji.
• Trek back to Gaurikund, move to Sonprayag, and drive from Sonprayag to Guptakashi.
• Reach Guptakashi at Night.
• One-night stay in Guptakashi.
Day 04
GUPTKASHI TO DELHI
• After Breakfast, Check-out from the Stay. Get ready for a beautiful drive in the Dev Bhoomi Uttrakhand.
• Reach Rishikesh in the Evening. Do local sightseeing of Rishikesh Attend Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat (If time allows)
• Depart for Delhi as an Overnight journey.
• Reach Delhi by Night or the next Morning to end the trip with lots of memories and Emotions towards Kedarnath Dham.
